Refund policy
Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds (less shipping charges) of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. (unworn/unwashed).Â
Only items purchased on the My Diabetic website can be returned to for refund (less shipping charges or exchange. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase).
Should you make an error when ordering online, My Diabetic will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges in the case of wrongly ordered or change of mind.
We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety. But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received than ordered online contact My Diabetic life immediately to discuss replacement of goods.Â
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as My Diabetic Life and Australia Post, will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to My Diabetic Life of the damaged item. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim here. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
