The following statements are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Please read carefully before purchasing. My Diabetic Life offers shipping throughout Australia and Worldwide.

PROCESSING TIMESÂ
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
All orders are processed within 4-6 business days. Our stickers, clothing and apparel is made to order, this keeps our costs down and gives us the best quality control for our customers.
In peak periods, August to January, March-June order processing times can be as long as 7-10 days dependent on volume of orders, If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Orders are only collected/shipped Tuesdays and Thursdays and are not delivered on weekends or public holidays to our knowledge.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

- Express post *Please note: this does not bring your item to the front of the queue. if you require an item quickly please contact us first.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is packed and ready to be shipped ( Parcels are collected from our site every Tuesday and Thursday). This email will also contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Delivery times within Australia range from 1-10 days depending on location.

ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
Orders are sent with tracking notifications to your email provided.Â
- International Standard Airmail service  is dependant on your items and location and if the rates we are charged from Australia post.
- Express Post - Price is dependant on your items and location and if the rates we are charged from Australia post.
- For bulk items (orders over 3kg) or orders please contact us first for a shipping quote.
This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. Delivery Times are generally within 10-15 Business days.

My Diabetic Life is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
